Chapter 19:
The Bay
“Our appeal was denied,” said the member of the secret society walking late into the meeting.
“We are negotiating to buy every Disneyland from each major city that has one,” says the grandmaster sipping in his martini. “We can use those. We can add at least 100 animatronic rides to each city and state amusement park.”
“Citizens are pretty smart and fierce about their holdings. I don’t think it will be easy,” said another member of secret society
“We can intimidate them. Just like the old days,”said another secret society member.”
“Speaking of intimidation. How is our space operation going?”asked the grandmaster.
“No to good,” responded the science master. “At our top secret base, at least 150 mechanical men have stopped responding to signals. Controls are frozen up. To those which still work, we send pings, signals and orders every ten seconds, but we can’t anticipate whats going to happen. We are putting what still works on automatic just like our mechanical men in our recycling plants, and programmed attacks on several countries. Once they start we can’t stop them.”
“How do they look?”asked the grandmaster
“They look like us right now. But for the attack they are designed to look like lizard people from another planet.”
“Star Fleet has commissioned advanced censors which will detect our mechanical men over our industrial camouflage. Those used for our earth operations. The first component is nearly finished. If Dr. Yuzu gets finishes his censors before we are done, our operations will be discoverable,” said the grandmaster of meeting.
“We must get the first component,” said the another member ” We have men in position”
“We’ll have control of this planet yet. Hail our people! Hail Victory!” says the grandmaster toasting to the other members,
